Jacquie is an award-winning serial entrepreneur, wife to Tony and Mom to Josh (her miracle child the doctors said they would never have, born at 31 weeks after a placenta abruption and lives with Aspergers/Dyspraxia/ADHD), Author, Keynote Speaker, Co-Founder at Create Demand.ai and all round sassy Irish lass!

From global corporate contract negotiator to 20+ years in entrepreneurship with one business generating a 7-figure income, Jacquie has gone through the gambit of life experiences which eventually led to her walking away from her businesses, losing it all and living with chronic burnout! Starting as an Executive Burnout Coach, this morphed into her becoming a Life Balance & burnout Resilience Coach / Consultant.

After existing in Burnout for over 10 years without recognising and fully understanding the signs, her mission now is to help, inspire and educate women in getting their mojo back, a heck of a lot quicker than the 2+ years of hard soul-searching work that she had to do by herself.

Spending many days/months sitting in her conservatory, wondering who the hell am I, what’s my purpose, and dealing with so many inner demons, she actively searched deep within herself and finally realised that what she was going through wasn’t just unique to her but so many others too. As a recognised global influencer and thought leader on an audio app called Clubhouse, she has helped, inspired and educated thousands of people around the globe.

Jacquie also wants to change the narrative that Burnout is just about reducing your workload, going to bed early and living a healthier lifestyle because it is so much more!! After being a co-author in "two" internationally selling books, In her own soon-to-be-released book titled “Getting Your Mojo Back” (Burnout Awareness) along with her life changing R.E.A.L. coaching program, Jacquie delves into areas such as :
